Heath Lodge is arranged on three floors.
The kitchen, dining room and bathroom are on the ground floor. The sitting room is open plan and is accessed by five stairs. There are seven stairs to the lower ground floor giving access to the two bedrooms.
The front door leads to the ground floor.
There is parking within the boundary of the property.
